Here's a chance for you to take a look at the maps that were
available and to see how it will effect you.

to see a map of the propsed changes to the M1 / A47 M1 overbridge.
The following link
gives detail of how the additional lanes will be squeezed
in to the North of the services that will take traffic directly
to and from the M69 M1 South of A47 M1 bridge. This will have
a major impact on the the residents of Leicester Forest East.
In effect we will presented with two lanes of 70 mph traffic
that will have to be elevated from the cutting to the same
level as the A47 to enable it to cross the M1 via a new bridge
and then on behind the services to join the M69
